Aerial Yoga has a vast array of benefits and is a very supportive form of yoga where the aerial hammock is used to give assistance, create traction, enable inversions and utilise gravity-assisted training techniques. It can assist with lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, decompressing the spine as well as gaining strength, core stability, flexibility, mindfulness and balance.

The Soap Shelf makes natural, handmade Olive Oil Soaps (palm-oil free), Shampoo & Conditioner Bars and also stocks the Sapon Goat’s Milk Soap range. The Olive Oil Soap range is over 60% Olive Oil, making these a very rich & nourishing bar, suitable for sensitive skins. There is also Plain Unscented for those who are extra-sensitive, or who just want their soap plain and simple. New to the range is the Hemp Seed Oil soap, which has 20% Hemp Seed Oil and is great for helping soothe and reduce the inflammation of skin conditions such as Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis. The solid Shampoo & Conditioner bars are equal to approx 3 bottles and last around 3 months, depending on hair types and frequency of use.
